The platform operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase platform credits which are consumed when AI workflows are executed.

Credits represent internal platform usage units and have no monetary value outside the platform.

To use the services, users may be required to create an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Users may purchase credits through the website.

Credits allow access to AI workflows and other platform functionality.

After successful payment, purchased credits are automatically and instantly added to the user’s account balance.

Credits can only be used within the v4v.ai platform and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, abusive content, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

All platform software, workflows, design, and branding are the property of v4v.ai or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

v4v.ai provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Payments for platform credits are securely processed through WayForPay.

v4v.ai provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped.

Purchased credits are delivered instantly to the user account after successful payment confirmation.

After successful payment confirmation, purchased credits are automatically added to the user's account balance and can be used immediately to run AI workflows.

Once credits are delivered and available in the account, the service is considered provided.

Due to the digital nature of the service and instant credit delivery, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to the user’s account.

Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

If technical issues occur preventing the proper use of purchased credits, users may contact support for assistance.

We may review such cases individually and provide assistance where appropriate.
